Tickets are available for purchase at the Museum ticket offices and online.
Please note that the ticket offices close 45 minutes before the exhibition closes, at 5:15 PM or 7:15 PM, respectively (on days when the Museum is open until 8 PM).

Ticket prices for Permanent Galleries
The total value of your order and the final price of your order can be found under "Amount Payable" in the Summary and is visible before the final transaction is approved. This includes all commissions and fees, including those owed to Partners.
Tuesday – admission to the museum's permanent exhibitions is free.
You can go head straight to the entrance; there is no need to collect tickets from the ticket office.
Combined ticket (NMW, Museum of Sculpture, Museum of Interiors) is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
A TICKET FOR TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS ALSO GRANTS ACCESS TO PERMANENT GALLERIES.
On Fridays from 5 PM to 8 PM, a 50% discount applies to all admission tickets mentioned above, excluding tickets priced at 1 PLN. Discounts on tickets cannot be combined.
If tickets online are sold out, you can still purchase them at the museum ticket office.
Please note that the ticket offices open at 10 AM and close 45 minutes before the exhibition closes, at 5:15 PM or 7:15 PM, respectively (on days when the Museum is open until 8 PM).
PLEASE NOTE: If the number of visitors exceeds the limit, ticket sales at the ticket office may be temporarily suspended.

A reduced ticket is available under the conditions outlined below, with the additional requirement of presenting a previous annual ticket that expired no earlier than three months prior to the purchase of the new ticket. The new ticket will be issued to the same holder as the previous one.
In exceptional cases, the Museum Director may grant a free annual ticket to donors, sponsors, or other individuals who have made significant contributions to the Museum.
Ticket prices for The Big Family Card holders:
Adults with The Big Family Card are entitled to a 50% discount on tickets for temporary exhibitions and permanent galleries.
Children and youth up to the age of 18 (inclusive) with The Big Family Card are eligible to purchase tickets for permanent galleries for 1 PLN and for temporary exhibitions with 50% dicount on the cost of the reduced ticket.

Varsovian Card:
Holders of a valid Varsovian Card receive a 10% discount on regular and discounted tickets for permanent and temporary exhibitions. This does not apply to tickets priced at 1 PLN.

We kindly ask you to use your own phones and headphones.
Headset devices are not provided to visitors.
Who is eligible for reduced tickets?
Reduced tickets are available under the Museum Act to the following groups: Students, university students, and doctoral candidates, trainees of teacher training institutions and colleges, social service workers, chaperones of school and preschool groups, teachers and educators, persons with disabilities and their caregivers, retirees and pensioners, individuals aged 65 and older, veterans, recipients of honorary titles or decorations such as “For the Care of Historical Monuments,” “Distinguished Cultural Activist,” “Meritorious for Polish Culture,” and “Meritorious for National Culture.”
