Saturday, 2 p.m.
Do you wish you could just spend time in a museum unbothered, in no rush – just drawing, taking in paintings and talking about art? You can! Sketch with us in the permanent galleries of the National Museum in Warsaw, surrounded by masterpieces which have continued to inspire artists for centuries.
During each meeting we will focus on a different theme and set of artworks. Together, we will take a look at composition, form, lighting, and the emotions hidden in the paintings and sculptures. You don't need to be able to draw – all you need is some curiosity and creativity! Above all, this is an opportunity to discover artworks at a leisurely pace, learn more about their history, focussing not only on the final product but also on the creative process – mindfully exploring and enjoying each piece and the focus and pleasure that went into their creation.
